Although a native speaker of UK English, I am comfortable working with other varieties used around the world, notably US English.
I am often asked to edit and revise business and financial texts produced by non-native speakers of English. As in the case of translation, the ability to draw on contemporary knowledge of the sector adds value.
I am the editor of 'The Private Investor', the bimonthly magazine published by the UK Shareholders' Association. I also write regular articles on financial subjects, usually from a cross-border perspective.
